What will you need from me?

If your place is confirmed, you’ll be asked to complete a second stage of registration. This will include confirming:

• Accommodation requirements and number of nights

• Arrival and departure details

• Accessibility or additional needs

• A small number of practical questions required by the venue

This information allows us to finalise arrangements and plan logistics properly.

When should I book my travel?

Please do not book travel at this stage, but this is a good time for you to research options so you are ready for the next stage of registration.

All registrations are reviewed before being confirmed. Once your place is approved, you’ll receive clear guidance on when to book travel and how reimbursement will work.

Booking travel before confirmation may mean costs cannot be reimbursed.

  • Each delegate needs to register using a separate form. If you are completing on behalf of someone else please use their contact details and information.

    Session themes and structure are available now, with speakers and detailed timings confirmed closer to the conference.
