Arrival & Advisory Boards
Arrival day for many attendees.
Afternoon invitation-only advisory board sessions, followed by an evening dinner.
(Advisory boards are closed, facilitated sessions with selected members and supporters.)
Wednesday 22 April 2026
Conference Opening
Annual General Meeting in the morning, followed by the official conference opening.
Includes the Town Hall session, welcome reception, and dinner.
Thursday 23 April 2026
Conference Day
A full day of plenary sessions, breakout discussions, and interactive formats.
Focused on shared priorities, practical exchange, and collaboration.
Evening dinner included.
Friday 24 April 2026
Members’ Day
A dedicated day for Lung Cancer Europe member organisations.
Time for peer exchange, shared discussion, and strengthening connections across countries.
